Gabor G. Tubino is the Founder and CEO of FIXERZ Academy. His professional career spans three decades across manufacturing, leadership, supply chain, operational transformation, crisis management and complex industrial problem solving.
His career and project experience includes work with and around major international industrial organisations including General Electric, Honeywell, Solectron/Flextronics, Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen Group and BMW.
His background combines automotive and aerospace experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, manufacturing engineering, supplier performance, project management, crisis leadership, quality management and operational excellence.
Across these environments, one lesson remained constant: standards, procedures and intelligent people alone do not create excellence. The organisation needs people who know how to operate the system, make decisions under pressure and convert every problem into stronger standard work.
That principle became the foundation of FIXERZ.
