These Terms & Conditions provide the general framework for use of the FIXERZ Academy website and for FIXERZ training, professional-development, digital-tool, consulting and support services. Specific proposals, order terms, licence terms or engagement agreements may add to or replace parts of these general terms.

2. Website Use
The website provides information about FIXERZ Academy, training, professional development, books, professional tools, Customer Claim Rescue, consulting and related services. Website content is provided for general information and does not create a client, consulting, training or assessment relationship by itself.
3. Proposals, Orders and Engagements
A paid engagement begins only when the relevant scope, deliverables, commercial terms and acceptance route have been agreed. Where a written proposal, order confirmation, licence agreement or statement of work contains terms that differ from these general website terms, the specific agreement should govern that engagement to the extent stated there.
4. Training and Professional Development
Training and professional-development services are intended to build practical capability. Participation does not guarantee employment, promotion, a specific job title, customer approval, audit success or a particular business outcome.
5. FIXERZ Professional Diploma
The FIXERZ Professional Diploma is a private professional qualification issued by LGGG Ltd. after successful completion of the defined training and assessment requirements. External accreditation or formal recognition is stated only after it has been formally obtained.
6. Digital Products, Tools and Intellectual Property
FIXERZ books, training materials, templates, assessment materials, Master File content, Claim Tracker materials and other professional tools may contain protected intellectual property. Purchase or authorised access does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.
Unless a specific licence states otherwise, restricted, licensed or protected materials must not be resold, publicly distributed, uploaded to public repositories, shared outside the authorised user or organisation, or represented as the purchaser’s own product.
7. Client and Candidate Access
Protected links, accounts, credentials and restricted files are intended only for authorised users. Users are responsible for keeping access information secure and for notifying FIXERZ if unauthorised access is suspected.
8. Customer Claim Rescue and Consulting
Claim Rescue, review and consulting support are based on the information and evidence available during the engagement. FIXERZ may challenge reasoning, evidence, containment, root cause, corrective action or communication, but responsibility for operational decisions, customer submissions and implementation remains with the relevant client organisation unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
9. Fees, Taxes, Payment and Refunds
Fees, applicable taxes, travel, payment timing, cancellation rights, refund terms and any licence duration should be stated in the relevant checkout, proposal, invoice, order confirmation or engagement agreement.
Before launch: insert the final standard payment, cancellation and refund rules used by LGGG Ltd. for digital products, training and professional services.
10. Accuracy and Availability
FIXERZ aims to keep website information accurate and current but may update, withdraw or change website content, products, availability, schedules and service descriptions. Material changes to an accepted paid engagement should be handled through the relevant commercial agreement.
11. Liability
Any limitations or exclusions of liability for paid work should be stated in the applicable proposal, order, licence or engagement agreement and must comply with applicable law. Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
